This is also the perfect solution if you want to work with House of Prim, but aren’t local to the CT/NY area!

45 Minute Virtual Meeting with House of Prim Founder, Meredith Goforth, to discuss your challenges, goals, and to look at your space together

Virtual Session (up to 30 minutes) to review your final space and make one-time minor adjustments, if needed
Shipping & Returns
- In-stock products are processed and shipping within 3-5 business days.
- Custom orders (anything personalized or labels) are made and shipped within 5-7 business days.

- REGULAR PRODUCTS:
We happily accept returns or exchanges for unused, non-custom products purchased from Shop House of Prim within 30 days of delivery. If your return is received within this timeframe, we will credit your original payment method. Returns or exchanges received after the 30-day window will be issued a House of Prim gift card. For those who paid with a gift card, a new gift card equivalent to the credited amount will be issued. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. - CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
Custom products purchased from House of Prim are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product was delivered defective. Labels and products with labels are considered custom. If you believe your custom purchase is eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect, kindly contact shop@houseofprim.com for assistance.

A former New Yorker, Meredith now lives in Westport, CT with her 3 adorable (and wild, and messy) little boys. With her babies all being born within 3 years of each other, and moving 6 times in 5 years, Meredith found the only way to stay sane(ish) was to truly invest in the organization of her family and home.
